I personally love metal nozzles as apposed to plastic. This set is my go to. Used with the disposible piping bags these are my trusted garnishing tools in getting my cakes and desserts looking like something from a pattissarie. Homeworth always coming through. A must have for any kitchen and so reasonable priced.
