How Do I Order?

We try to make the order process as easy as possible – simply log in to your account and navigate to the product you would like to purchase. Once you’re on the product page, you’ll see a blue “Add to Cart” button on the right-hand side.

The cart is a virtual shopping cart, which collects the products you’d like to order so that you can review them before paying.

You can review your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top-right of the website – the price next to it is the rand value of the items in your cart.

Once you are ready to place your order, simply click the shopping bag icon and then select the “Check Out” option. Fill in all your billing and shipping information and accept the terms and conditions of sale.

Once this is done, you can click the “Pay Now” button to conclude the sale and make your payment.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

You do not need an account to place order. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account has its benefits. As soon as you create an account you get a R100 off coupon to spend on your first qualifying purchase. You get to keep a record of all your purchases, checkout is faster as your information is already loaded under your account, so is order tracking and you also get to know first about our exclusive new arrivals, promotions, deals, competitions, tips, recipes, news and offers via our e-mail newsletters.

How Does Shipping Work?

Our consolidated delivery means that you only pay one shipping fee per box – no matter how many items are in it. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information on the terms and conditions.

When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to input your delivery address. Based on your location or if you would like to send the parcel to another location (this is useful when sending gifts directly to receiver) in which case you must fill out the different delivery address field under the billing address, the shipping fees will automatically be calculated for the provided delivery address and you will get all available delivery options to choose from, which will then be added to your order amount.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We give our customers the most suited and economical courier option from the three available options, depending on their location. Once you have filled the address in the required fields either of these three will automatically be available to choose from:

Flat rate shipping:
For selective major cities & frequent areas we offer the Flat rate shipping by Fastway couriers which is also the cheapest. This shipping option will automatically be available once you enter your address during the checkout process and if your area postal code is in our frequent areas list. If your area is a frequent area or in a major city and the option does not load, kindly email us with your request and full address on customercare@homeworth.co.za and we will gladly add it on should it be covered by Fastway as a frequent area.

The Courier Guy:
This shipping method is available to all long-distance courier areas (the capes), outlying areas (Grey zones) and areas not on our flat rate shipping option (non frequent areas). The rates are also the most competitive for consolidated shipping for long distance and outlying areas.

Local Pickup:
If you reside in the Johannesburg area – you are welcome to collect your order from us. You will get this option at checkout after the full address has been entered with area postal code at checkout. It will come up as “Local Pickup”.
If your area postal code is not in our list of local pick up option areas, please send us a WhatsApp with your request and we will send you further information to bypass the shipping information on the website and arrange the collection.
Collection is by prior arrangement so kindly contact on our online sales department support number (+27740278788) for a time & day of collection (Collection from 9am till 5pm only on weekdays).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible! We do wait for payments to clear before orders are dispatched, but if you place an order in the morning of an item which is in stock, and pay via i-pay (or instant EFT) we can process and dispatch your order the next day for delivery within 3 working days.

During busy periods – such as Christmas or Eid, please allow up to 3 days for order processing of in stock items, prior to dispatch.

How Long Does It Take To Get Backordered Items?

You will notice some items’ stock status shows as available on backorder on the website. Which simply means if there is stock available at the warehouse or supplier’s warehouse, we can process those backordered items in 7 – 10 working days and deliver within 7 working days. Sometimes, items will need to be sourced and ordered from overseas. In these cases, items can be processed and delivered within 30 working days as per the terms of service.

What Happens When An Ordered Product Is Out Of Stock?

Occasionally, we have instances where multiple people order the same product at the same time. In these rare cases, you may end up ordering a product that it out of stock. If more stock is not currently on it’s way from a supplier and we cannot procure it within 30 working days, we will refund the order.
In most cases, we can procure stock quickly and have it delivered to you within 10 working days.

How Do I Track My Order?

At the bottom of our website, under Customer Service, is a link to track your order. Simply input your order ID or billing email address and it’ll tell you exactly where your order is in the process.

How Do I Return My Item?

At the bottom of the website – under Information – is the option to request a return. Simply complete the form and we will assess and advise you accordingly. Please read under terms of service for more information.

Coupons And Vouchers

Customers are welcome to redeem Coupons and Vouchers online when checking out on homeworth.co.za. Simply insert the code when prompted during the checkout process.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

For your convenience, we accept 3 different payment methods.

EFT – Electronic Fund Transfer:
This is the most common payment method in South Africa and is exceptionally easy to do.
If you select this payment option at checkout you will find our banking details under the option. Please note the banking details and then simply log into your banking application and make an online payment to our bank account. Put your order number as reference and email payment notification to accounts@homeworth.co.za
We usually wait for payment to reflect before processing and dispatching the order.

i-PAY:
i-Pay is an exciting new online payment gateway for both buyers and merchants that allows instant payment on all smart mobile and desktop devices. You simply select the i-PAY option and then follow the prompts to log into your bank account and make the payment. The payments are secure, and they clear immediately, so you’ll receive your product faster!

C.O.D.
If you’d like to opt to collect your products, we can accommodate Cash On Collection payments with prior arrangement. Please schedule a date and time for the collection via email or WhatsApp so we can have everything ready for you. (Collection from 9am till 5pm only on weekdays)
